K&J did a fabulous job updating our windows. The windows themselves were the Amsco middle range product, that we chose based on budget and quality - they are great. Clean lines, work well, beautiful design. I was concerned it would make the house darker because they have built in heat and light reflecting, but it made no change in the amount of light coming in, and actually made it brighter because we do not have to use sunscreens anymore. The installers were extremely professional, had over 10 years of experience in the industry, were on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and did a fabulous job. We are thrilled with the change in our home after the windows were installed. It's like a new house! From initially working with the salesman (Tony), to the follow up questions and changes we made, to the installation, and follow up afterward, it was an incredibly smooth experience. And they quickly responded to my questions and changes I wanted to make from our initial bid. I would HIGHLY recommend K&J, I found them using on online search because I wanted to use a local small business, and am so glad I found them!Before and after pictures below. It's like I live in a magazine now!We had K&J out again at our house purchased recently (2023), they again did a fabulous job. Jose and Jacob did the install and were efficient, clean, and thorough. Everything looks amazing, the caulking was done really well to prevent leaks - a problem we were having with our previous windows. We went with a product between mid- and high-grade. Needing to replace 20+ year old windows, we chose K&J Windows based off all of the 5-star reviews. Tony was very patient and helped us select a product that best suited our needs. Unlike the other companies that gave us bids, Tony was not pushy, he is extremely knowledgeable about all of the window manufacturers and provided transparent pricing.Several of the bedrooms have west-facing windows and would get extremely hot during the warmer months. I can say unequivocally that the new windows make a world of difference. The rooms are easily 5 to 10 degrees cooler. The installation team arrived on time and were very tidy.We did notice that one of the windows was missing some interior trim. However, the office staff was very quick to handle the situation and get the trim ordered.Don't waste your time with the other companies that advertise on TV. Save yourself the grief of high pressure sales tactics and fuzzy math when it comes to pricing. K&J's prices are reasonable, their customer service is excellent and the whole process is stress-free.

K&J Windows replaced all of the windows, 2 french doors, and even turned a 12’ window in my living room into a sliding door, in my 1979 built brick house. From the outset they were great. Tony came to do the quote and was knowledgeable and able to suggest the right windows and doors for me. They sent out a gentleman — who’s name I forget — to do the measurements, and he was also able to discuss the placement of the slider and french doors. Although the install itself was delayed because of supply chain issues, the office always kept me well informed and worked with me to find good dates. Finally, when Dennis and his crew came out to do the install I was blown away by the speed of their work. They really worked well together, and the quality is just great. They were courteous and professional at all times. And they did a great job of cleaning up as they went, making sure that dust in the house was kept to a minimum. If I ever have a need to install windows and doors again, I’ll definitely be using K&J again.

We got quotes from 4 places including K&J. Cody came out and right off the bat I knew this was going to be different. The sales people from Window World, Anderson, etc. were like used car salesmen with uncomfortable urgency and aggressive sales pitches. Cody with K&J is obviously an expert with windows and doors, and he was patient and detailed in generating the quote for exactly the windows and doors we wanted. We had many questions and changes and Cody was patient and knowledgeable with his responses and advice.While other company's quotes looked like scribbles on a pre-printed form, the K&J quote had every window and door clearly described and pictured to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The Milgard windows are very high quality and we already notice an improvement in heat, noise, and energy efficiency. Final project price was thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies.Installation took place on the promised time and date. Installers were respectful and professional and completed the work with good attention to detail, the windows were installed properly with every trim piece and caulk seam perfectly applied.Thank you K&J! We had several window companies give us a quote, ranging from salesperson telling me about how bad their competition is to being quoted a product that was not a fit for our home, and then finally K & J talking about their company, what they do for their clients, not telling me about what their competition does wrong, and then offering a product (Simonton DayLight Max) that matched our project expectations. To help us with the final decision, we visited their showroom which was helpful in our decision process. After accepting the bid to do our windows, a date was set for the installation and they were right on time. The team that installed the windows was great, answered all our questions about the installation process, kept everything clean, and we felt took their time providing a solid installation. There was 1 piece of glass that had a few scratches from the manufacturer but they quickly ordered a replacement. I hated the thought about having to go through this process of getting new windows but it needed to be done to replace my 20+ year old windows and K&J was an excellent company and made the overall experience much better than we thought it would be.

From the time Cody came out for the estimate to the final install by Nick and his crew, everything was handled professionally and kindly.Cody helped me with the information I needed to get the new windows approved by my HOA. It took a crazy amount of time (due to the HOA approval process, NOT K & J!), but Cody kept in touch, making sure I had everything I needed, answering HOA questions, etc.Upon approval, a final measurement was scheduled and that went off without a hitch. Installation was scheduled, and I received a reminder call the day before. Nick and his crew (Carlos, Scott, Solo(?)) arrived on time and were ready to work. Taking time to ensure my property was protected, helping me move furniture I couldn't move on my own, etc. They went to work and didn't stop until the job was complete. They cleaned up, and removed all the debris. They were respectful of my property and my neighbors.I could not recommend them more!

Fantastic from start to finish! Tony came and brought samples with him and went over the different price levels and there was no hard sell. We chose what we were interested in and he gave us a bid based on that and the prices were much lower than we expected. There was no trying to talk us up to the next price level. The installers Solo, Carlos and Larry, led by Nick were great, they covered everything and cleaned up after they were done and left the house looking better than when they came. Nick thoroughly showed and explained all the features of the windows and made sure we understood everything before he left. They definitely deserve the great reviews they have, we highly recommend them.
